About Us


Following a career in both HM Forces (Army) and the UK Police, David worked within the health and fitness sector establishing his own international consultancy in business setups and recruitment / HR.

He came to NZ in 2004 to establish the spa at Hotel Du Vin before moving on to become the General and Inspectorate Manager of SPCA Auckland where he increased the prosecution statistics by over 400%.

A qualified trainer and assessor in Security, Fitness, First Aid, Sales and Management, David holds, in addition, a MSc, BA, Post Grad Dip in HR and a Post Grad cert in Terrorism Studies, a distance learning Law degree (LLB) and a Diploma in H&S (Grad Dip OSH).

David is a member of the NZ Institute of Management. New Zealand Association of Training and Development, the Chartered Institute of Management a Fellow of the Institute of Sports Management and a member of the NZ Institute of Safety Management.



Lucy has a background in business management and strategic development, including specialist areas of health and wellbeing, project management and HR - Training and Development.

A qualified trainer, project manager (Prince 2), health and fitness professional, clinical practitioner, coach and mentor who has worked in public sector, not for profit and the private sector at a senior managerial level.

Lucy is passionate about developing people to maximise positve outcomes for an organisation.
